For Mini Comics Monday it’s…Noble Head Funnies #6! This is a 32-page, B&W mini-comic written and illustrated by Edward Parker Bolman for the Poopsheet Foundation’s Monthly Mini-Comics series http://poopsheetshop.com
In this installment geographic shapes attend a World Fair while a high society cat investigates missing nobs! Meanwhile the Sun and Spittoon play games as Gorilla-men fight Spiders, Satan looks for a little sympathy, and other assorted characters weave their way in and out of the stories pulling the whole thing together into one continuous, superbly drawn yarn that’ll tug at your funny bone!
Une Fable Sombrehttp://poopsheetfoundation.com is a 32-page, B&W on cream colored paper, text comic with wraparound cover, created by Richard Krauss for Rick Bradford’s Poopsheet Foundation’sMonthly Mini-Comics.
A private detective is hired to find a missing husband and stumbles onto a much larger mystery involving more missing people and a creepy pincher-hand! Richard Krauss tells this story through a series of single page panels with all text contained outside of the panel. Richard’s cartoony style turns a gloomy story about loss into a whimsically dark tale full of exaggerated characters and a much unexpected twist!
